The NHS Talking Therapies phase of the ‘Help Us Help You’ campaign encourages people struggling with feelings of depression or anxiety, such as excessive worry, social anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress or obsessions and compulsions to seek help through NHS Talking Therapies for the care they need, as early as possible.

Overview
