"Find your little big thing" resources
For World Mental Health Day 2023 (Tuesday 10th October) Every Mind Matters is launching a campaign to encourage people to ‘find your little big thing’ to highlight that ‘doing the little things can make a big difference to your mental health.’ Aimed at 25–54-year-olds but weighted towards those that are struggling and most at risk of mental health problems, the campaign will launch across video-on-demand, digital audio, online video, social and digital.
The resources below will help to raise awareness of the guidance and tools available to help adults take care of their mental wellbeing and seek support if needed.
Everyone can use the illustrated creative but the filmed video creative social and digital screens can only be used by NHS organisations and are clearly marked as such and have a usage expiry date of March 31st 2024 - please do not use them after this date.
There are Campaign Toolkits in the resources below to support the use of both sets of creative.
There are also plenty more Every Mind Matters resources elsewhere on the Campaign Resource Centre for you to order or download.
Remember to use the campaign hashtag #everymindmatters when you can.
