Self-care activities
Students discover and try out self-care actions to support their physical and mental wellbeing in these short form time sessions which follow the framework of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
Lesson activities include:

- activities to help students extend their learning beyond the classroom
- differentiated options to offer support or challenge
- films to support the activities
