Emotions – KS1 lesson plan
Developed with teachers and NHS-approved, this lesson helps pupils to notice and name emotions and feelings. They will learn to recognise how they are feeling and express it to those around them.
A "Guidance for teachers" document contains details on how to link mental wellbeing lesson plans to school-wide approaches around social and emotional learning.
