Developed with teachers, this interactive and engaging presentation teaches pupils about choosing healthier snacks and encourages audience participation. It also includes curriculum-linked extension ideas for Year 3 and 4 pupils, and opportunities to get parents involved. - What positively and negatively affects their physical health.
- How to make informed choices (including recognising that choices can have positive, neutral and negative consequences) and begin to understand the concept of a "balanced lifestyle".
- To recognise opportunities to make their own choices about food, what might influence their choices, and the benefits of eating a balanced diet.
