Scan, swipe, swap — assembly
Developed with teachers, this assembly encourages pupils to explore what a balanced diet is and why it is important to know what is in our food.
It asks pupils to think about how they can make healthier food and drink choices and a fun video introduces them to the NHS Food Scanner app.
