Be Food Smart: assembly film

Use this short film in an assembly to introduce the topic of healthy eating and raise awareness of the levels of sugar, saturated fat and salt in our everyday foods.

Child investigative reporters explore their family's breakfast food and drink, and explain how to use the Be Food Smart app to make healthier choices.
