10 Minute Shake Up 2015 activity sheet

Get children to move more at home with this exciting take-home activity sheet.

Try this!

Encourage children to create two more Shake Ups to add to their Shake Up clock. Get them to share their completed activity sheet with the class once they have coloured in all six Shake Up segments.

Curriculum

PE:

  • Use running, jumping, throwing and catching in isolation and combination
  • Perform dances using simple movement patterns

In the classroom

Children can choose from four exciting Disney-inspired activities.

Once they’ve done an activity, they can either colour in or draw their favourite Disney character in a 10-minute section on the Shake Up clock.

Top tip: Use this as a follow up activity after you've got children doing Shake Ups during the school day.
