Change4Life has partnered with Disney to inspire children to get active and make exercise fun using the connection that kids have with Disney stories and characters.
This pack includes:

- activity cards
- blank 10 Minute Shake Up cards
- 10 Minute Shake Up clue sheet
Use the Shake Up cards to break up the day and get children energised for the next lesson.
Great to use as a ‘quick fix’ for getting active and as a resource to help increase concentration.

- Pupils should develop fundamental movement skills, become increasingly competent and confident and access a broad range of opportunities to extend their agility, balance and coordination, individually and with others
Pupils should be taught to:
- Master basic movements including running, jumping, throwing and catching, as well as developing balance, agility and co-ordination, and begin to apply these in a range of activities
- Perform dances using simple movement patterns
