Overview
The NHS Talking Therapies campaign runs from 16 February until 29 March 2026, but resources can be used until 15 February 2027.
The campaign encourages people struggling with obsessions and compulsions, social anxiety, flashbacks of a traumatic event, panic attacks, obsessing about their appearance, or a phobia to seek help through NHS Talking Therapies.
NHS Talking Therapies treatment gives practical skills and techniques to overcome a range of mental health conditions like OCD, social anxiety disorder, PTSD, panic disorder, body dysmorphic disorder and phobias. Providing effective, confidential and free treatments delivered by trained clinicians, online, on the phone or in person.
People can be referred by their GP or refer themselves at nhs.uk/talk
