Citizens Access to GP Records

The NHS is giving people access to their GP health record on the NHS App, NHS website and other GP online services. This means people will be able to easily access information including consultation notes, test results and letters.​ The NHS App also gives citizens access to other online services including free health advice, appointment booking and ordering repeat prescriptions.
