A business card sized wallet card encouraging anyone 40 or over to get their blood pressure checked and with a simple QR code directing them to the pharmacy finder tool which will direct them to their nearest pharmacy offering the NHS Blood Pressure Check Service. They come bundled in packs of 50. Max order 10 packs (500 cards). You are ordering packs of 50 so orders should range only from 1-10.
