Encourage participation of ‘Activate’ challenges amongst children over the summer holidays, by including articles about Activate in newsletters, websites and blogs.
- Support the launch of Activate on social channels. Continue to share ongoing content through the summer as new episodes are released, for example sharing content on social media channels (tagging @thebodycoach across social media, with the hashtag #ActivateWithJoe)
- For schools and other relevant educational organisations, continue to utilise the Activate videos as part of the day during term-time – e.g., for ‘brain breaks’ when schools reopen in September.
