Social media assets and comms toolkit

The communications toolkit has been designed to support Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), commissioners, and general practice providers to be able to share information with patients about the wider general practice team.

It includes:

• Key messages for patients
• Details of the assets which are available to download
• Supporting copy for social media

The static social media assets feature groups of staff and 14 individual roles which can be used on social media channels (and practice websites) to promote the roles available in practices and what they do.
